Payroll & Administration
This service is very much offered as a "back of house" Administration function to Clients.
Occasionally, a Client will have their own ability to find and utilise a member of staff on a casual or “as needed” basis only. They need the person’s help to get past a volume work situation, but they do not have the approval or head count to put that person on their employee books. Alternatively, they do not wish to administer the casual employee through their own payroll and HR system when it is only for occasional and short-term periods.
In this instance, they simply want the person to be paid on an hourly basis, ensuring that all statutory legislation and requirements are met, and to pay an invoice for the service.
As DJWM is a fully incorporated company, with all registrations and statutory reporting infrastructure already set up for their own on-hired labor staff purposes, and runs an extensive and accurate fully integrated Payroll System for casual staff, DJWM can easily perform this function for Clients. Keeping it simple, clean and perfectly managed for both the client and employee.
The charge rate is dependent on the Client’s standard payment terms to their suppliers. As the charge rate will reflect two key components:
- an Administration charge
- a Bank Rolling charge which relates to their standard payment terms
Privacy & Confidentiality
DJWM’s practices ensure all parties of complete privacy and confidentiality at all times. No information is given out unless prior authorization has been sought and agreed to. Personal details are supplied, only when it is appropriate and agreed to do so. All payments to staff are printed on pre-printed industry standard security pay slips, so the staff member is assured that their pay details are known only to themselves.
